How Do You Get Thicker Hair?
1. Products
A. Shampoos and conditioners
Pick thickening or volumizing shampoos and conditioners if you want thick hair. These products do not contain ingredients that weigh your hair down.

Oil-control ingredients – to limit sebum [3] production so as to not make the hair fall flat.
Polymers [4] – to coat hair fibre and lift them away.
Starch or talc – to improve volume.
Surfactants [5] – to cleanse without leaving a residue.
Linseed oil, vitamin E, plant essences, fruit essences, zinc and biotin are common ingredients to look for in these products.
